Brookefield Milestone – Model Foundation Poured

Brookefield at Chester Heights has reached one of the most exciting milestones in a new construction community; pouring the first foundations. There has been lots of activity on site and the land plan is taking shape. Now that spring weather has arrived, construction can move ahead at a fast pace.

Completion of the model homes is expected by early summer. We can’t wait to show you our spacious, open plan homes and we’re sure you’ll appreciate the special touches and extra storage in each home.

Brookefield at Chester Heights, is only 20 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and 30 minutes or less from center city Philadelphia, Wilmington, West Chester, the Main Line, King of Prussia, Malvern and Exton.

Located in the Garnet Valley School District at the intersection of Valleybrook and Smithbridge Roads in Chester Heights, Delaware County, Pennsylvania,  the 77 new townhomes will be built with open space, a walking trail and substantial landscaping. The home exteriors have easy maintenance siding with standing seam metal roof and stone accents along with carriage-style garage doors.

Homes range from 2,550 to 3,000 +/- square feet and have 3 bedrooms, 2½ baths (guest suite option with additional full bath is available), 2-car garage and a full basement with 9’ foundation wall (walk-out basements and first floor master suite are offered).

Time is running out for pre-construction pricing from the low $400,000’s. For more details visit www.Brookefieldtownhomes.com.
